This client is the medical care industry with a variety of departments performing several functions. In this example, they were changing personnel and one area was HR. We performed an HR audit and determined that much of the issues were similar to the company above. In addition, there was the challenge of departmental silos.
As above, we created programs to address the issues described. We also hired a full-time HR professional to run the day-to-day HR function. The results, so far, have been good. I am currently facilitating a team and culture building programs with management.
